CRM Delivery Model Option

There have two delivery models

1. On premise CRM
2. Hosted CRM

1.On premise CRM

CRM systems that are available for purchase off-the-shelf.

Ex:Siebel,Oracal,SAP and Chordinant are well known companies in this area.

Pros

• Can be tailored to business.
• Can be integrated with other system.
• Offer flexible package. 

Cons

• More expensive in the short run
• Can take a long time, to implement fully version.

2.Hosted CRM

Web based applications for CRM with no software to download.Can use online by pay monthly basics.

Ex:Sage software,Microsoft Dynamics,Entellium,SAP,VanillaSoft

Pros

• Less expensive in the short run.
• Suitable for business with standard CRM needs.
• No need IT support.

Cons

• Can't integrate with other back office systems.
• Control all data by someone else.
